How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Australia usually takes 3-7 business days for Standard and 1-3 business days for Express. International shipping estimates are approximately 7-10 business days for Standard, 2-4 business days for Express and 10+ business days for Economy. These are just estimates though, so please allow up to 30 days before contacting us with concerns.

All orders are registered through Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped. Please take note that International Economy Air, our cheapest option, is not registered and does not come with tracking. What is your returns policy?
We do not have a return policy. However, if for some reason your product is damaged when you receive it, please email [email protected] with a photo of the damage and we will organise a replacement for you.

I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?
There is a window of 24 hours allowed for cancellation after you make your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Outside of this 24 hour window, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All products are cruelty-free and most contain all vegan ingredients. There are however, a few shades that contain the red pigment Carmine (Cochineal) although we are on the hunt for a vegan alternative! Any shades that are not vegan will be clearly stated on the product page and on the jar’s base label.

The pigment colour doesn’t match what I saw on the site?
Unfortunately, the appearance of colour varies on all computer monitors and what you see on the screen may differ to the true colour in real life. During post process photo-editing, we try to retain the truest form of the shade as much as possible. Each photo is of the actual product and and we take great care in conveying an accurate representation. Photos are taken under controlled studio lighting.

Why is it that my jar of pigment doesn’t look full?
All pigment jars are packed with as much product as possible before the sifter is placed on, however, the product can sometimes settle more than others, especially during transit, hence why it may occasionally look like less. Loose powders are measured by weight, not volume.
